Bournemouth, BH7 Permanent Part-time Nanny position 3 days per week This lovely job is offered over 3 days caring for a girl aged 7 years and her sibling 3 years old on occasion. Core hours are 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Term time nanny hours are 2pm until 8pm. Duties are to collect from school, provide a fun afternoon, prepare, and provide the evening meal, support with feeding and personal care and complete the evening routine. School holidays (13 weeks a year) 8am until 6pm. Duties are to arrange a fun educational day at home and in the local area, prepare and provide meals, support with nursery duties. Family can also offer extra hours with ad hoc babysitting and overnight care. The right nanny will be a car driver. Previous professional childcare experience essential, previous nanny preferred. A Nanny who is confident caring for a child who has cerebral palsy and dysphagia essential. No previous SEN experience necessary as full Training provided for the nanny. Excellent salary offered to reflect experience. Annualised salary available. For example, a nanny earning £15 per an hour working 18 hours in the term time and 30 hours during the school holidays would receive £315 gross per a week all year round. Must be a driver with own car and a full, clean driving licence. The Nanny will be given a mileage allowance for transportation of the child in their car. Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 Permanent Part-time Housekeeper position 25 hours per week A busy family of 5 are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking Housekeeper to help manage their 5 bedroom home. The role would entail working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-3pm or 9.00am-2pm or 9.30am-2.30pm. The Housekeeper will be employed with statutory holiday leave. The family have 3 young children (2 at school) and a 5 month old puppy who is a small breed Cavalier King Charles. The home-owners run a business from home in a separate office. Any candidate that applies for the role needs to be happy to work in a busy household with children around and must be comfortable with the puppy, although no pet care duties are required. The candidate should have a positive, friendly and 'can do' attitude. He/she should be flexible, organised and professional. The candidate should have experience working to a high standard and running a busy household and should have a clean DBS police check, full UK driving licence and excellent checkable references. Southbourne, Bournemouth, BH6 Permanent Thursday Nanny position A professional, experienced and reliable Nanny is required to look after an 18-month-old boy on Thursday afternoon/evening from 4.30pm - midnight. Duties will be to collect him from daycare and take him home. The Nanny will then follow the evening routine with playtime, bath time and bedtime around 7pm. The position is sole charge as the mother will be working away in London every Thursday. This lovely position is to start asap. The family will consider a Nanny bringing their child to work and are happy or the nanny to stay with their child overnight. The house is very child friendly with a playroom and 4 bedrooms. The ideal Nanny will be able to offer long-term commitment and will become part of the family. In addition to the Thursday evening, there will be opportunities or the Nanny to work overnight occasionally and drop the little boy to childcare on Friday morning at 9am. This option is available every Thursday if the Nanny needs to work more hours. The family also require Wednesday-Sunday night proxy parenting once every 3 months when the mother is required to travel abroad for work. Plenty of notice will be given and the mother can work around the Nanny’s availability. The family are looking to appoint someone with kind, caring, loving and fun nature. Reliability is key as there are no other family members that can be on call. The candidate should be experienced and reliable/trustworthy. Must also be comfortable with dogs as the family have a Labrador cross breed. Dog walking isn’t required (the family employ a dog walker) however the Nanny will need to feed her and let her out to go to the toilet. Applicants must have a clean and up to date enhanced DBS and a paediatric first aid certificate. The Nanny must also be able to provide excellent, checkable references. Salary: £14 - £15 gross per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Burton, Christchurch, BH23 Temporary part-time Nanny position - 6 month contract with the possibility of this being extended A professional, experienced Nanny is required to support a lovely family in Christchurch. The mother and her two girls aged 5 and 10 years old have recently been involved in a Road Traffic Accident. More information can be provided on application. The mother would like a nanny to work alongside her in a supportive role as her injuries are limiting her ability to carry out everyday tasks. The family have a cleaner and there are therapists involved with the care of the mother and eldest child who have sustained physical injuries. The contract will initially be for a 6 month period and may be extended depending on the recovery of the mother. The ideal candidate will be kind, warm, friendly and supportive with a positive attitude. The role consists of working split shifts Monday to Friday so that the nanny can assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups. During the school holidays, the family would ideally like the Nanny to work 3-4 days with the suggested hours being 10am-3pm but this is negotiable and the family can offer some flexibility. Duties will be to drop off/pick up the two younger children from their local infant school in Burton. The Nanny will then bring the children home to give them dinner, provide a fun afternoon and help with reading/homework. Light housekeeping duties will include organising, cleaning the kitchen/lounge after use, doing the family laundry and cooking for the children. During the school holidays the Nanny will plan fun and stimulating days both inside and outside the home. Although the children are the main priority, understanding home management is important as the mother is finding this difficult due to her injuries. Must be a driver with a full, clean driving licence. Must hold a current clean DBS police check and paediatric first aid certificate with excellent checkable references.
