Various locations throughout Dorset and Hampshire Ad hoc babysitting/nanny work Babysitters and nannies required for various bookings throughout Dorset and Hampshire. The bookings will take place either in families' homes, hotels or at event venues. Babysitters/nannies will receive £15-25 per hour with a minimum booking time of 3 hours. Candidates are required to hold professional childcare experience, excellent references, a current DBS police check, a current paediatric first aid certificate and clean driving licence. Job Title: Experienced Twin Nanny 2 days per week Location: Lilliput, Poole, BH14 Ages of children: 5-month-old twin girls Hours: Initially 2 days per week 8am-5pm, increasing to 3 days per week for the right candidate (ideally working days would be between Monday-Thursday) Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP Call the Nanny is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a lovely family in Canford Cliffs who are looking for an experienced, caring and reliable nanny to care for their 5-month-old twin daughters. This is a long-term position, and the family are looking for someone who can become a valued part of their children’s lives and their family routine. They are initially seeking support for two days per week, with the expectation that this may increase to three days per week as their needs evolve. The family are flexible regarding which days are worked for an exceptional candidate. A competitive salary is available for the right candidate. The ideal nanny will have: ● Proven experience caring for babies (experience with twins or multiples is highly desirable) ● Excellent, checkable references ● An enhanced DBS check ● A Paediatric First Aid qualification ● A warm, calm and proactive approach ● Confidence taking two babies out for walks, activities and appointments ● A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle Duties will include: ● Providing attentive, nurturing care for the twin babies ● Offering support with all aspects of infant care, baby routines and baby development ● Bottle preparation and sterilisation ● Supporting with weaning when appropriate ● Baby laundry ● Keeping the nursery and play areas clean, organised and tidy ● Planning age-appropriate activities and outings If you are an experienced nanny looking for a rewarding long-term role with a wonderful family, we’d love to hear from you. Job Title: Night Nanny/Maternity Nurse Location: Canford Cliffs, Poole, BH13 Call the Nanny is working on behalf of a family seeking a professional and experienced Night Nanny/Maternity Nurse to look after their 13 week old baby for 2-3 nights per week plus additional day time hours depending on the candidates flexibility. Nights are the main priority. Booking to run until September 2026. Key responsibilities: •Supporting first time parents throughout the night with bottle feeding, winding, nappy changing and settling the baby. •Offering support with all aspects of newborn care, baby routines and baby development. •Offering safety advice •Must have a Maternity Nurse qualification and experience working nights. •Must have a DBS police check registered to the update service, paediatric first aid training and excellent references. Hours: Ideal start time for night shifts 10pm, finishing anytime between 6am-9am, ad hoc daytime hours if available (family can be flexible) Salary: negotiable depending on qualifications and experience (from £21 per hour) Start date: ASAP

Job title: Temporary Nanny / Maternity Nurse Required Live-in/Live-out Location: Marshwood, near Bridport, DT6 Start date: 24th August 2026 (flexible) until 21st September 2026 Call the Nanny is seeking an experienced, caring and proactive Nanny or Maternity Nurse to support a lovely family based in the beautiful coastal village of Marshwood, near Bridport (DT6). The family have two young boys – a lively 2½-year-old and Elis, who will be 3 months old. They are looking for someone who can provide a wonderful balance of baby care, engaging toddler activities and practical family support. Duties will include: Providing loving care for a 3-month-old baby, including bottle feeding and following his established routine. Planning fun, stimulating activities for their 2½-year-old, including outings, play and keeping him happily occupied. Preparing and serving meals for the children. Light housekeeping related to the children, including children’s laundry and tidying children’s areas (a cleaner attends weekly). Occasional evening babysitting so the parents can enjoy time together. Potential overnight support during periods when the baby is particularly unsettled (by prior arrangement). The family lives in a stunning coastal home, offering a relaxing and welcoming environment throughout your stay. This is a temporary booking initially from W/C 29th June 2026 for 2 weeks. Key responsibilities: •Supporting first time parents with bottle feeding, winding, nappy changing, settling the baby and taking the baby out for walks. •Offering support with all aspects of newborn care, baby routines and baby development. •Offering safety advice •Nursery duties and helping with the baby's laundry •Must have a Maternity Nurse qualification and experience in newborn routines. •Must have a DBS police check registered to the update service, paediatric first aid training and excellent references. Hours: Ideal start time 9am until 7.30pm but can be flexible Salary: negotiable depending on qualifications and experience (from £21 per hour) Start date: ASAP
